Call pre-flop

Fold pre-flop

Bet, raise and re-raise pre-flop

Generally, you must be raising and re-raising the pre flop with good starting hands or with good combination of cards that you are dealt with. If the dealer button has dealt you with good hands then you can try and steal the blinds if the blinds are big enough. You can also re- raise the cost to increase the probability of winning as the number of players will definitely be reduced on re-raising the pre flop.
